About Founder PattEE Bhava

A little over 4 years ago, Pat retired from a career as a Naval aviator. There were job offers to fly commercially, or to do your everyday, successful employee jobs. Instead of going with the sure thing, Pat chose to pursue a lifelong dream of demystifying Indian Food for the American consumer. And CurrEEheads everywhere sure are glad he did.

Pat has a passion for Indian food and wrote the recipes for every dish prepared at TUN-DU-REE. After all, his goal was to bring an authentic product to his customers. Whether it's grinding the spice blends by hand, or working with new team members on making everything just right, Pat takes active pride in everything TUN-DU-REE produces.
